He's a decent researcher/writer and he's just trying to make a living for himself in this industry.
He's been linked with supp. companies and UGL's yes, but who's the twat that often makes those claims.... Anthony Conners (Roberts). Who's, IMHO, is 100x worse than Llewellyn.
Arachidonic Acid is bullshit. It may "enhance arobic capactiy", but nada for LBM gains, strength etc...

"Conclusion
AA supplementation during resistance-training may enhance anaerobic capacity and lessen the inflammatory response to training. However, AA supplementation did not promote statistically greater gains in strength, muscle mass, or influence markers of muscle hypertrophy.
Many supplement companies, like Gaspari Nutrition's Halodrol Liquigels then dropped it as an ingredient.

From full paper:
"These findings provide preliminary evidence that AA supplementation may have some benefit for individuals engaged in intense resistance-training. However, although some potentially beneficial trends were observed, AA supplementation had no statistically significant effects on strength, muscle mass, hormonal markers of anabolism/catabolism, or intracellular markers of muscle hypertrophy. Whether training status, dosage, supplement timing, length of supplementation, sample size, and/or the type of training may yield more positive results remains to be examined with additional research. Additionally, whether some athletes may respond better to AA supplementation than others should be explored."
Ouch.
Pioneer huh...
Stick to writing and researching I think.

he didn't invent that shit
it's an essential fat in fish oil
omega-6
most people who know about nutrition know Americans and Europeans now get far too much of the omega-6s and not enough of the omega-3s. It isn't something you should be consuming in mass quantities.
it's been linked to depression
encourages blood clotting and platelet aggregation, increases in blood viscosity, spasm of blood vessels, and vasoconstriction.
adding to culture media causes prostate cancer cells to grow twice as fast (omega 3's have the opposite effect)
It's been studied for a long time, but why would you supplement it more than other essential fats?

lmao that pretty much the essential fat you want to avoid the most in your diet, bodybuilders are stupid enough to be brainwashed into paying money to take.

Not bitter at all. In fact you can I care about subjects like this.
I am not at all in the same field or in any way in competing with the guy.
As many of the members stated there is a greater problem here (more than one but hey)...
But he HAS STATED HE HIS use of aas publically. He has stated so in different interviews. I can post links to interviews he has done stating so...
You can say I care and have a problem with it.
My issue is simple. If you use and you look like that what does that say? Honestly, you can not tell me if a guru that looks like that and has stated he has used is a person you (personally) have as much respect for? If so then were are just not in agreement, I believe the use of aas and being a guru should represent itself in real life...

Dude your clueless....The greatest guru ever was Dan duchaine,he was a user but did not look great,it means nothing, his Intellect was special.
You know the guy that invented the akins diet he never employed it.
The great dave Palumbo never used a keto diet. when he competed.I could go on,so your sentiment does not flow well.

i don't agree with all his cycles hes put on his 2009 book though, he lists a-drol only and deca only cycles and they are always very week cycles that last at most like 10 weeks.

Body might not have looked special, but his mind sure as **** was special.
I'm sure Nandi (Karl Hoffman) didnt look to clever but he was one of the greats.
BigCat hasnt ever used AAS, but again, he sure as **** knows what he's talking about in regards to pharmacology.
