customs rings you up on the phone

and starts asking you about the package they have help in customs with your name on it

and says it's been sent to the DOA (equivalent of FDA) here

and the DOA rings you up and starts asking you questions trying to get you to snitch

- what website did you buy the goods from?
- do you have a license/prescription to import them?

can I just use my right to "remain silent" and he'll be all like HELLO! HELLO!!! ANYONE THERE!!!1

And im there .........

am I in my place to say "im not about to answer any of those questions"

and if he keeps harassing me

Just say "ill see you in court"

If you talk to them my reply would be what package I know nothing of any package beyond that I would tell them because you know nothing of any package your uncomfortable discussing without your lawyer

they must have a real sense of humor to call their FDA equal the DOA
most countries that speak english use this to indicate dead on arrival

It happened to me before...

they always send stuff to the health board to examine if a package is intercepted and it's on the ban list

they rang me up and molested me on the phone threatening me with a court case

it was protein

this time it's not protein
