    Domain name.. Help

    I need to get a domain name, or a static IP address. What is the cheapest way.. I can get one for $20 a month, but i dont want to pay $20 a month. Im sure there is a free one somewhere..

    go daddy is cheap, right, I think you can get them for 10 bucks.
