1) I got the operation. I was told it would only help a little, but the insurance I had at the time covered it, and my company was going to switch to an insurance provider that DIDNT cover it.
2) Also, trained myself NOT to sleep on my back by sewing a tennis ball into the back of a t-shirt.
3) Made sure i always had a sweetie to spoon with (sleeping on my side). But current squeeze doesnt let me get much sleep -anyway-

I would say like a few others suggested and see if your insurance would cover a sleep study to test for apnea. That would definitely give you the symptoms you are suffering from.

Venlafaxine (Effexor) will make you want to sleep all of the time. I was on 300mg per day and all sorts of other chit....but, have you had your Testosterone level checked recently?
I was put on all kinds of meds, each one to treat a different symptom. Thankfully I have now a doctor open to think out of the box, and it yurns out I had a very low T level (141ng/dl), causing BP, Cholesterol, Depression, lethargy, fatigue, aches, you name it. Now on TRT, and do not need to take ANY of those meds now......just a thought.
Low T level can cause serious problems affecting every aspect of your life, including serious depression.
Maybe worth getting it checked.
