Preciate it. My problem is a carry fat easily. I have to clean bulk to gain weight. Whenever i start to cycle im hoping it will help me gain more mass without the fat that i get so easily even when eating clean. I think i can benefit alot from a good cutting cycle but i want to be pretty heavy before i start to cut. Im hoping to learn from some bigger members here and their cycle experiences on how to cut weight without losing much mass Bc i dont think i'd be happy with an 8 pack if i was less than 240, I would just feel so skinny

I think I take you in squats bigboy (5'7)....but that bench is sick.
You got a great base, can't wait to see the chemcial reaction you get....
Maybe you should increase your reps...if size is what you want, your back could carry a lot more beef.

Thanks man. Im REALLY trying to work on my legs and ive made great strides lately. Their getting bigger but strength is increasing slowly.
I just started doing deadlifts a month ago to try to increase my back. Its really lagging but i also dont have a clue how to pose lol so it looks retarted.

I know there was a guy in a high school near me when I was growing up that broke all kinds of records in lifting. He was 17, benching 500+ and squatting 600+. Granted, you really don't look all THAT big. However, if you are training more for strength than for size, you wouldn't be nearly as big as if you were training to be a bodybuilder.

Ok if I can maintain 240 easy enuf I might do 250. I've cut and hit 250 lean before. Like 7 years ago.

Sorry my dude, wasn't trying to flame you or anything and by no means was I trying to imply I can push crazy weight or even that I was bigger then ya. Im just thought you made a typo or something cause 550 is some big ass weight and id guarantee you don't push that. If you are though then I'm an idiot and mad props. And also no i would not question your buddy squatting that.

Yeah i agree. It has alot to do with your body type, cycle experience, and what you actually train for. A 170lb powerlifter could easily out squat or out DL a 260lb guy just bc thats what he trains to do. I do some olympic lifting with football and ive maxed out at 330 powercleans, but my coach who was only 180lbs could rep 330 Bc he trained with olympic lifts for years.

Its good. We benched 3x a week with our strength coach bc we doing a program NOTHING like what i do now which is geared more towards bodybuilding. I'll have to rep max 225 at a football combine so right now i max out on reps at whatever weight im at just to get use to the shear amount of reps i need to get for scouts. So a typical bench days goes from...
135x warmup
185 warm up
225x 36-42
275x 26-28
315x 13-17
365x 6-8
415x 3-4

Man, I can't imagine doing that kind of weight and that kind of reps. I doubt I could get 25 reps with 135lbs. lol

I've been doing this for a whyle and gettn pretty good at it. I have a base diet then go from there. Sory for the hijack.
