3rd week on sus270???

still no big weight gain yet but def...strenghth increase flat bech 290max for one rep..1month ago only max out 275 for on but my decline a put 315 for one....and my dumb bell incline press went up 110 for 6 and 115 for 3 clean iam just waiteing for the weight cuz i know wit weight come strenghth....i just hope this week is the week????

It's only week three. Even with aas gains don't happen overnight.

Could be your diet aswell.

why is eveyone saying that my cal intake has been at least between 2800 3200 a day i dont think that is the prblm i know its real cuz i have all the side effect like test flu for m frist week and the last two morr...when i get up m arm get pump up from just takeing a piss.....iam just hopeing this week going to be a good week??

ur looking at it all wrong.
weight gain isnt the sign ur sust is working, its ur fighting skills that will be affected it first.
as most of us agree on here, Sust makes u a great fighter, once u start feeling like Rocky, then and only then will ur sust be working....
