    Rotisserie chicken

    Anyone know the nutritional info on those roasted chickens you can get at Albertsons already cooked? They had them on sell today for 1.99 per chicken so I bought seven of those bitches.. Can't even get half a chicken for that price!

    Yea their the best.. I'm a chef and it's cheaper and easier just to buy those things.. and they taste amazing.

    I eat them all the time too. The store by me puts them on sale alot when they are not quite as "fresh" and I load up as well.....obviously the dark meat (legs--drumsticks---thighs etc) is higher in fat so if I am really watching my intake I won't eat them....of course the skin is worthless too. But you can't beat the price or the flavor.
