So i just watched this movie for the first time! Great movie, but was wondering how real the plot is? So if any of our members from England have seen it would you let me know!

I think it's a great movie. I asked a couple English guys I know, and they said it's gay and has no credibility...but whatever, I still think it's cool.

Nah football factory has danny dyer in it, and if i was green street i would have had him in that as well!!

As for is this what it might be like in england? i was born right across from the west ham stadium you see in the film, they do have the best firm in england, and it is quite like that although it has quietened down over the years!!

Green street 2 is the worst film ever, the makers of green street 1 actualy set up a website declaring they did not have anything to do with the 2nd one!! i mean where in england do you find a prison with a load of south americans and loads of sand?

Not sure about the film, but there are plenty of hooligans that still exist. Not as much as in the past, but there still about having rucks. Arranging it by phone, emails, forums etc...

Have to agree hooligans are still here they just do things more undercover now.

green street was shit!!!.......a fuken hobbit turning into a hard man??.....and the lead guys accent??......football factories was a lot better,,,,,you should get the real football factories,,,danny dyer going around the top firms in the world,,,very interesting!

Pete Dunhams is the accent i think he was on about, and although i think he did a good enough job his accent did not suit!! and this is where i would have put Danny Dyer

England back in its day was the heart of hooliganism from what I heard. London used to be on fire after games. The English however stepped up their security and way of selling game tickets to stop the hooliganism I heard. I am sure English members know more about this.
