    Pay to sit public/private benches......

    why havnt we thought of this before?!?!? such a good idea.. no more homeless sleeping on the benches.



    at least it has a warning timer.

    it would be a magnet for some dudes. They are into pain. So instead of homeless, you would have freaks and pervs at the park.

    Saw on "The worlds dumbest" last night..... a guy in japan stuck his penis in a park bench and got it stuck. They had to slice it open to drain the blood and then eventually detached the bench from the ground and sent him to the hospital..... bench and all....
