Blowing loads before gym
Well I have a new fvck buddy from the gym, but my dilemma is she likes to meet up directly before the gym and hit it in cars before walking in...
Now, I always heard that jerking off and whatnot was bad before working out, when I was in my younger days without diet, I noticed the strength decline, however yesterday I still squatted like a beast and didn't see anything bad come from it...
So was that all just a myth, or should I convince her to wait til after gym?

I'd continue banging LMAO! If i'm not mistaken.... I thought jerking off actually raised your test levels..... not very much and not for very long.... but raised them none the less.
My left nut is KILLING me today. I got laid at 4am last night and it felt like my nuts were in my stomach they were so small.... today the left one is KILLING me.....

welll, if anything, you would probably want to do it right after... if it increases natural test would you not want it right after you train?
On a side not, take what you an get... trust me on this one...

if you dont wanna roll over and fall asleep once you're done, i think getting some is worth a %5 drop in benchpress strength :P

I blow loads all day. I jer off when I wake up, then again before I go to the gym, then again when I get home from the gym, then my wife gets home and we immediately have sex, then later, like before she goes to bed we have sex again, then after she goes to bed and i am up late, I jerk off again.
What can i say, I love this test and tren combo.
And my workouts are always great.

If I have the option, I'd choose to bust one after the gym.. I'd like to avoid that relaxed feeling prior to hitting the iron.. I like the edginess... if I know the option won't be there afterward, however, I'll go ahead and take the ass and then proceed with the gym..

they posed this question on that show, "sport science", they took base line strength tests of a fighters punch output, they used the boxer "Chris byrd" as an example, then they had he go have sex and come back afterwards, and they tested him again, all of his numbers were much increased, punching power(which was tested on the hi-tech heavy bag), hand speed, everything. they had a recent show where they did the same test with a female boxer and she had the same results all her test results went up as well.
