Do you think it would be better to let her know you have leverage as well so she'll dismiss the thought of turning you in for anything? It may be better to view it as a proactive measure rather than antagonism.. you've got to play your cards wisely... I may be wrong but just a thought.. it would be better to avoid both going to jail than to have both of you in jail, don't you think?

She wouldn't get 10, but prob 5, 10 is the max, plus a couple other minor things that would prob be plead out considering the biggie if she didn't skip out.

Yeah, I agree but I want to handle it delicately. She is spiteful and vengeful. I like to be like Keyser Soze, I don't exist. Although, if arrested, I say squat and let my lawyer talk for me I have my wifey dead to rights. No possible chance for reasonable doubt to be raised against her. I don't want to be arrested though even if I can get off, I want to remain off of everyone and anyone's radar for anything. So I have some more thinking to do on the matter. I just don't need any police in my life for any reason at all. Some people don't care about having a charge against them as long as they can beat it, I want to remain the invisible man.
