Certainly did..... Barbell squats destroyed my knee, barbell bench destroyed my shoulder..... and I just never liked deads LOL!
Jay Cutler never goes over 405 anymore because he's afraid of tearing a muscle. IMO.... the big 3 can be beneficial but there are better ways to develope the muscles with less risk of injury. I havn't done barbell squats or benches since I was 19.....

I always change things up..... what I do for triceps one week..... i wont do the next. I might keep an excercise or two the same.... and just change one or two of them.
Depending on how a particular set is going.... I might do drop reps for the last two or three reps. I never have a set plan when I workout..... it's more like a general idea.
I don't follow a log..... I like the mind/muscle connection. If that means lowering the weight to get the right contraction..... i'll doit.
