I actually wanted to buy a late 80's 5.0 to cage and prep for drifting... I like my imports, but the biggest problem is making enough reliable torque to keep the wheels spinning while the car is moving 100+ kph (60+mph)... small supercharger on 5.0 and you're done... the expense would come in trying to make a fukken stang handle and brake well... heavy ass POS

get a notch back. They were pretty light. They make enough after market parts to make it handle and brake well

that was the intention... much lighter than that giant glass filled hatch. I have a tubing bender so I can bend the chromoly for the cage and its easier in a stang than in a tight import. Come to think of it, this is sounding like my last girlfriend... the import was too tight to get the tubing into
