Thats how I work out too.....I have no partner so I don't really know my full lifting capabilities. I prefer it this way anyways i find I can focus better. And I try to do most of my lifting outside whenever possible. I work away from home so I'm always packin around a bench and a couple hundred pounds of weights....I hate gyms....well the ones around where I live anyways.
