Eating according to your gene and/or blood type.....?
I put this in the lounge just because it gets a shit ton of views LOL..... smartass replies are ofcoarse welcome
I've been looking into what foods to eat for my gene type and blood type. I don't know much about it but i'm still researching. Does anyone else have more info for me? The places i've been reading seem like they have an agenda behind them so i'm unsure of the info i'm reading. Any personal experience or research is helpful.....

It says I should be a vegetarian. **** that.

The whole blood type diet thing is pretty stupid. If you eat right and get the proper nutrients in. The body knows better what to do with it than some diet guru does.

This sounds a little off the wall. Why not just continue doing what has yielded you amazing results over the last couple years?

Right that was my initial thought..... but I got thinking of why some people can handle certain foods and some people can't. Is it possible that some people can absorb certain foods better than others? Maybe some people can digest and absorb 10 egg whites rather well while someone else mite better absorb chicken or a red meat.
I'm not changing my whole lifestyle around or anything..... just doing some reading into it.
