    Those would not count in a Military PT test! So why should they count for the world record? Those are like 1/3 rep push ups.

    They weren't push ups, more like convoluted tricep exercises.

    He's just wiggling his shoulders and bouncing his head. Sh1t, I could do a hundred of those, no problem.

    there is a reason (I didn't bother to watch the whole clip) we didn't see a profile shot, it would have been even more of a joke.
