Come on then... Who's done the Tuna Can Shake?

Come on then... Who's done the Tuna Can Shake?

    Dear f*cking Lord...

    I just did it.

2 cans of tuna, 1 TBSP EVOO, 40g Oats.

It was hard work to put it lightly.

If you dont pinch your nose you'll bring it straight back up!!

And before all the lounge whore's jump on this "Tuna Can Shake", I mean, BLENDED SHAKE, not a secret handshake with tuna cans or a stupid dance with a few cans in each hand...

You guys are horrible with this tuna thing. The best way to stomach it is my way:

    1 can tuna
    1 tablespoon mayo
    1 tablespoon french's mustard
    1 finely diced pickle

Make tuna salad, put between two slices of ezekiel or your favorite flourless bread. Absolutely fantastic. I actually look forward to my tuna that way.

Tuna, light mayo, and some relish on toasted wheat bread is pretty damn good. I don't eat a lot of tuna anymore tho. I just got burnt out.

I used to bring one of the big cans to school with me and it smelled quite disgusting and my friends hated me for it the first week but after that it really wasnt bad. I ate it straight out of the can and drained it out too. But I would eat it plain with my jug of water and pretty much just wash it down. On average I would drink about 1/3 of a gallon at lunch just washing every bite down...lets just say my stomach was sooo full and I had to pee sooo bad afterwards lol

Are you kidding? I ate about 28-35oz per day until I found out about the mercury poisoning. Now I don't eat any, but I never had a problem drinking it. Just blend some oatmeal into it and chug. Boom, 7oz 45g of lean protein and 150g+ carbs. I guess I can eat almost anything as long as it's food. Same thing with women. I would actually **** anything with a hole in it, provided they were willing. Just asking, "wanna ****?", just doesn't seem to work. God knows it would work on a guy every time.

Honestly if you get a good blender, you can blend it so fine that you don't even taste it at all. It's literally like a 12oz (7oz tuna/5oz water) in one chug. Same for raw eggs. Not bad at all.

    Yep. I've tried.

    Never will again.

I'd rather it plain, straight out the can, than blend it up with other crap that doesn't even help it taste better.

Yup, same goes for chicken breast. Eventually no matter how much you dress it up, it's chicken breast. (Similar principle to having sex with your marriage partner, eventually it's just chicken breast ).

Who wants to chew, taste and swallow something boring? I'd rather drink something boring and be done with it. It's not hard, it's not that bad, and it makes you meet your protein requirements.

Although I can't speak for everyone. Some people just have a problem with things that are off tasting. As long as it's over in under 30 seconds, I feel like I accomplished not having to chew a meal over 15 minutes. I mean you jab yourself with needles all the time, and that doesn't always feel good. But it's over and done with and then you don't even think about it anymore.

I eat plenty of raw blended egggs, but took the plunge with the canned tuna last night.

I wont be doing it again anytime soon. Nearly threw up.

I've got a new one for everyone...

    Cissus Quadrangularis with ONLY water.

Try drinking that all mixed up...

Did that a few years back after some one was moaning about it on a UK board. Its f*cking disgusting.

Since then I've always added it to other shakes with various flavours.

Agree 100%. Except I change the relish to a finely diced pickle.

i get about 1kg of Ahi Tuna every week.. eat it raw with a bit of soy sauce and wasabi and pickled ginger.. absolutley the best tasting fish in the world.. I would think blending oats and canned tuna would be more of a paste than a shake... through some relish or some raisans in there next time and it might go down easier..
