What's your biggest regret?
I know many people say they have no regrets in life and they wouldn't change anything because it's made them who they are today. I've always felt the same way. I would go back and change The tragedies or the breakups or anything like that but I seem to have a regret lately. It's not one that changed who I am today but more so where I am today.
My regret is not going into the military. I was signed up when I was 19 to go into the marines. I decided not to go after atleast a dozen lies were uncovered that my recruiter had told me. This decision I don't regret. I would have lost my house and my new car. A few years later I had everything in order and was single and decided to look into the army. Was ready to sign up and go in. I had mixed reviews from family and friends. Some supported me but didn't want me to go and some were just dead set against it and constantly were on me about it. Long story short I got a decent job offer and the pressure from friends and family got to me so I decided not to go. Well the job offer fell through and I eventually lost contact or became distant with most of the friends who were less supportive of me.
I find myself really wishing I would have gone into the army. I came from a very poor family and have worked my ass off for everything I've ever had. I want to see the world and experience everything I can. I know the military doesn't gaurantee that but it does up the odds. I also know the money isn't great but for a single guy it's not too bad.
I have a huge amount of respect for anyone who has ever served and want to feel that respect aswell. I have really been contemplating looking into the army again. I have enough college credits to try to go in for a heli pilot as a warrant officer but it wouldn't be easy.
I guess this thread is asking for advice and to see what everyone elses little or big regrets are.

When I was 20-ish, I was engaged to this hottie. She talked me into selling my harley so I could get a family vehicle. Broke off the engagement 1 week before the wedding. By then, my harley was gone. I went 10 years from that point before I could swing another harley.
I regret letting that hoe talk me into selling my first harley.
Moral of the story?
Never let a chic talk you out of your Harley, unless you already have the next one lined up!!!
'nuff said!

Not going on my 2 year Mormon mission. That day I turned my back on religion and have gone downhill ever since.

I regret wasting so much time working out in an uneducated way, and doing my first cycle when i was 18.
I started working out when I was 14, spent 4 years eating wrong, training wrong, being completely uneducated about diet, lifting, anatomy, AAS, etc. It was basically 4 years of time spent to get about one year of results if I had known more. Then when I was 18, I did my first cycle, because of course, I figured that's what i needed since nothing else was working (ha!). I have a whole story to go with that experience.
Fast forward, and I have made more gains in the past year than I have the the 6 prior years put together.

I think everyone goes through that for some period of time unless they have an experienced mentor to guide them. I feel like I still have many things to learn. More so on the diet aspect. Atleast you stuck with it andgot it figured out and didn't give up out of frustration like many have.

Yeah, I asked him what happened, he claims he passed out at the same time as me, so he doesn't know, but bruised ankles raises suspicion.

oh, one more.
Ex girlfriend tried to get back with me after I was already with the future mrs. roman.... brought her hot GF with her to my job and invited me to come party with the both of em that night. I somehow managed to turn the both of em down.
I kinda regrett that, for some strange reason.

i regret selling coke in college.. i got kicked out of Cal Poly as a Civil Engineer because i sold coke and got caught.. only 1600 out of 20,000 applicants get into it's engineering program, which is the third best in the nation behind only MIT and Berkley, and i got kicked out because i wanted to make an extra grand a month and be "that guy".. i ended up starting my own business and am very successful now, but i never got my college degree, never went back to college after all that went down, and can only sit here and wonder, what would life have been like had i not done that.

If I had to pick the biggest regret out of all that I have... I say...
Not going for a medical school at age of 21 when I had a chance.
Some say...later is better then never... I say "whatever".

i wish i had never gotten mixed up with the wrong peeps and wasted 3 yrs of my life cramming shit up my nose....i almost lost everything cus of the money spent on that shit...other than that i love my life, my family and my addiction to bbing....im in a far better place now in my life and will never return to my old ways again...instead of regret i try to focus on whats good in my life and only worry about things i can controll instead of dwelling on the past...

I regret not paying attention to the signs that my wife had an addiction problem. I regret not getting her help sooner..... I regret doing some of the things I did to make myself feel better.
On a smaller scale..... I regret not taking my training as serious as I do now when I was 18-23.

I have quite a few, the biggest would be either getting myself booted from the military or all of my stupid petty punk kid criminal convictions that make it hard to get a damn good job.
