ex issues please help...need advice

OK well me and my ex have been broken up for about 4 or 5 months now...and we haven't talked, texted or anything like that within the time we were broken up. Well a couple of days ago she text me telling me she misses me. I honestly have no idea how to handle this situation. Me and this girl were together for over 4 years and towards the end of the relationship we just started fighting a lot and both decided that we needed to take a break from one another...well after that we tried getting back together a couple times and it Just didn't workout. She was the one who left me. And each time she's the one who comes back to me. We have been talking the last couple days but I'm not sure if she's ready to finally take this serious. How do u guys think I should handle this situation? If y'all need to know anymore info ask away...I'm sure I failed to say something

my advise.......RUN the reason she misses u cause of the guy she was having "fun" with used her and left. If you keep taking her back she keep leaving u and also it says alot about who wear the pants in ur relationship....DId i understand correctly that you start talking to her again???? u r setting urself up for failure again she will leave again

Yea I wouldn't say we r talking as in we're trying to get back together but we do text now I guess as friends...honestly its too hard to just be friends with this girl. My stats: I'm 24 years old, bout 6 foot, 195 to 200 lbs. I workout on a regular basis so I have a decent build...I guess that's all ur looking for huh

By discussing it with her, your essentially giving her the room to talk you out of it. If your set on not getting back together, I wouldnt go down that path.

Yup, age was the main thing. You are old enough to start looking for something serious if that is what you want, just dont rush it like most of us do/did.

It's good you are seeing this stuff now instead of later. Take it for what it is, she is not dependable. Slitting one time is OK in some circumstances but after that it become a friends with benefits at best and dont ever trust her that she will be around for long or faithful to you. She already knows she can come/go as she pleases. I agree with the others, dont waste your time or emotions.

so when u already had ur mind made in terms of getting back with her why bother asking for advise? Been there done that..u take her back she will do the same things and then walk away from you leaving you in more stress and depression....

My advice is stop all communications. You are a safety net. And nothing you do or say will ever change that with that woman. You have to start fresh with a new one and not put up with any kind of sh*t. Take control and don't lose it. Trust me, you'll be happier that way. That's if you wanna go down the relationship route.

my very close bro' went through this crap with a lass similar to what you are describing. long term relationship, then outta the blue the fighting, the wanting to take a break, then a few months later the want to get back together thing. Of course, most us mates here realize the profile. This feline wanted to go play, and when the playing stopped, would run back to open arms to her fella, who always took her back. Then they got married. But it's not so easy to "break up" repeatedly when married, but since that was the pattern before marriage, then the pattern continued. Again and again. First time she got caught, this other fella got her preggers. She aborted. Second time was with an old boyfriend. Third time was with an older chap. These are only the times we know about. Probably just the tip of the iceberg. So last year, this now older feline tells my best bro they should renew their vows on their 25 anniversery. Instead, he tells her he wants a divorce instead. My buddies only regret? he didn't dump the beee-atch the first time he caught her. Now he's hooked up with a chic 15 years his junior, and by all accounts, she is a wild one!

Moral of the story?

Patterns that are established pre-marriage, usually continue post-marriage. If you don't like what you see, now is the time to get out.

Next day text her and tell her that you just couldn't go out with someone who was such a skank to do what you had both done the night before. She won't be back after that!!

Well, I'll agree with you on one thing, not sure about any chic that will go ATM, no matter how clean she makes herself with an enima.

I'm a total virgin when it comes to chics that do ATM. If I want my woman to be freaky, I can think of better, more satisfying ways.
