    Diet is everything- pics inside

This is my first time on a diet, I chose a low carb diet which can be dangerous so make sure you know your stuff. I am only running for 6 weeks. So far between water and fat I have lost 35lbs. Here are my pics- again this is the first time! Now I know whats up thanks to the diet forum!

Thanks guys. Im stoked to finally be building on a solid platform. Hopefully, one I introduce carbs again I can maintain a flat stomach and just get wider.

I am having a hard time widening my chest, my lats are strong during a spread for my size, but the chest sucks. I have been trying to get more inner depth, and more width all around

Im right there with you! I try pull ups but I dont think the 5 I can do are making a difference lol. Here is an idea for your back, I use a pull down machine with a long rope; one side in each hand lean back and pull down across your chest flexing the lats down and back at the end.

Just be super strict for the first couple of weeks re-introducing carbs and you should be good to go

Yeah will do, my idea of introducing carbs is 1 cup of green veggies for 2 meals early in the day. Some orange juice for breakfast and soy milk in a casein shake before bed.

Cutting alot man, looking alot better of a base honestly. Congrats. Im kinda the same way, not really a 6-pack abbs kinda guy so thats why I just hold a flat stomach. Although this summer Im gonna lean way down to full 6-pack to see what I look like underneath and still hold my huge shoulders. Im sure you wanna get a good base too so I know what youre saying! Although I wont be leaning naturally like you are, as I think its too hard to hold muscle while leaning down, so Ill do a moderate dose of test (low for me) just to hold muscle and some other things to lean me up. Looking good tho man!

I tried a low carb diet like 5 years ago and had no luck. I actually wound up upping my carbs and leaned out incredibly.
Not sure if this is typical but I was also drinking a homemade celltech mix I made myself with creatine and a ton of dextrose
twice daily. I have never taken in that much sugar in my life and I lost SO MUCH weight I couldn't believe it. I still have
the pics but the difference was a lot more severe/noticeable imo, although it was also about a 6 month time frame.

Everytime I cut carbs out I put on weight, I guess its just my biology but I can NOT lose weight unless I'm taking in ample
carbs or more. For some reason when my body gets a lot of dextrose fat just melts off, although I also tend to up my cardio alongside of it.
