I never do. There fake hope for lazy people who know they won't even attempt to achieve there goals.
I do have a goal to reach 205lbs with 10% or less by thanksgiving tho. Not a resolution as I've already started working on it.

I dont believe in them, in the gym we see so many people come in and are there constantly on a new years resolution, only to be gone 3 or 4 weeks later.
My promise to myself is to up my game in 2011, the year to get serious about this

Mine is to be even sexier than I already am. Pretty tough to beat though.
In seriousness, mine to STAY in the gym this year and not burn out and give up! lol!! Have abbs at 225lbs, and flat stomach at 245lbs. (its flat now at 230, but I wanna be BIGGER lol )Last edited by vettewreck; 12-23-2010 at 04:39 PM.

Not a new years resoloution but I will be taking part in the Remote Trainer Challenge in Jan
It will be the first real 'cut' I have ever done

I'd like to have a clear six pack at 250, which is doable if I can get some meat on my wheels. But that's not really for new years; I don't much believe it doing that.

Two NPC shows this spring, two more Top 5 finishes. Helping MrsFire get her Pro Card in the new NPC Womens Physique Division at the Jr Nationals or USA's in Vegas. It's gonna happen.

To stay dedicated to my training, keep a solid diet, and when times get tough to never give up.

If people really want to follow through, they should come up with a New Years resolution and stick to it/accomplish it for 30 days.
If its to cut down on booze, dont drink for all of January and so on.

Last year it was to be a better husband, I cheated on my wife and got kicked out of my house and the divorce will be final next month.
put on ten pounds of lean muscle, DONE and then some....
Become a better person, Failed as stated above.

Gain muscle!!!
