Oh and another thing....I dance with my dog too! We dance to Latin music. He likes merengue since it is real fast moving.
He is not too keen on slow dancing.

Eating canned sardines, I usually eat at least one can a day Whether it's in louisiana hot sauce, mustard sauce, or even the newer boneless skinless version in some kinda vege oil they are a pretty good lil tastey protein snack!!!

Of course my wife hates them she says they stink like nasty ***** and it makes her pukey lol.
