First lifting competition
Just competed in my first lifting competition last week, (actually a charity funciont for ALS) I put up 325 which i know isn't much compared to some of you guys, but none of my friends are really into lifting so I needed somewhere to post it. Contest was judged by age group and by the percentage of your bodyweight you benched i did 151%
Top of my age group was 475 and around 200% i can't rememeber the exact number
Anyway i feel good for a guy with lanky arangatang arms who barely put up 150 3 years ago. Thanks for letting me share
