Good ways to get in extra calories?
I have a few tricks of my own but I wanna hear other ideas?
a few table spoons of flax oil in a protein shake is an extra 300-400cals a day
A hand full of nuts with a meal is an extra 300 cals
Somtimes If Im still hungery I will eat 1-2 kashi bars at the end of a meal to fill me up and get another 150-300 cals
