Big bump

There's this guy at the gym who has this huge bump on the side of his bicep clearly from a bad shot of juice...he is pretty muscular but man at least hide the evidence of juicing...

Have you seen him before? Are you sure it was not there before? Not everyone can be as lucky as some of us to have perfect skin. Many people have bumps, cyst or growths that they don't think 2x a bout because they have had it all their life but you or I think if it was us we would be at the doctors having it cut off.

Is redish and the the size of a golf ball is not round either is just, it looks very similar to what my friend had from juicing a long time ago, no I doubt is a birth defect much less a skin condition, but hey I could be wrong, i'll ask him next time I see him.

So your friend got something like that? How does that happen? Infection? I cant imagine not going to the doctor before anything got bigger than a pea let alone a golf ball.
BTW 3+ years pinning 1x a week, sometimes 2x a week (HRT) and Ive never had anything like that (knock on wood)
