Dont do anything childish like that. She may not know, she may have gotten them from some guy she LOVED who only used her. There are 100s of different scenarios. Like someone else said, I think it's like 80% of people have some type of std but most dont even know it and harpies is the most common. Lots of people are even born with it and a lot of people NEVER have an outbreak but can be a carrier.

Dont go the revenge route, you may regret it someday and how would you feel if it devastated her and she ended up committing suicide? It happens. You need to think these things through.
