If she is not pregnant? RUN NOW......and NO MORE "JUST ONE MORE TIME!!!!"
or you will be with her until the end of time......Life is too short, so kiss slowly, laugh insanely, love truly and forgive quickly.Author Unknown

I went through that stage in my first marriage. One of us would ask "should we give up and get a divorce?" and the other one would say "let's give it another try." One day it was my turn to ask "should we get a divorce?" and my wife said "I think we should." I found a room mate and moved out a week later. I took the weights, big television and all my clothes and DVDs. Best thing I ever did. We ended up staying friends for years until she remarried. We should have just stayed friends in the beginning.
So, next time you guys fight and talk about divorcing...just do it. And don't feel guilty about her immigration status.

Good one...
go get a vasectomy, you don't need her permission and most insurance health plans pay for it 100%..
if later you want to have kids with the "true love of your life" then you can get it reversed.. no big deal..The answer to your every question

My advice since you both seem to want out and have no kids would be to settle out of courst with a lawer and be fare to each other...sit down and talk about what you both came into the marrage with and what you both think belongs to you and chances are since its only been 9 months she might be willing to walk away with what she came in with...she could also try to take you for everything you have! so watch out and be nice, be be sympathetic, and understnad that women are very very emotional and it only takes on wrong move on your part for her to say "**** you Im taking you for everything you own and then some" and chances are she will get it lol

All the furniture belongs to her, and all the sweet ass artwork and paintings belong to me (inherited from my mother), and I even redid our condo with all brand new paints and shit. Man, wish I could afford this place on my own. Guess I'll start looking for a room mate.
I have to be careful though she's going away for 1 month and is leaving on Tuesday with her work family (she's a nanny) and the rich ass family she works for is traveling all over the states. I will be on my own for that month and I have to be careful not to get into trouble with other women because if she ever finds out and we get a divorce that'll be something she can use against me. I'll have to start taking notes on her behavior in case it one day registers in her mind to get hostile. I need ammunition!
I should also mention her twin sister tried to **** me (even though she's married) right when I met my wife, but I actually turned her down and told my wife because at the time I really cared for her. So that cemented my "faithfulness" in her mind since the beginning. I may not even need ammunition, just an invisible cloak.

laws vary state to state. but i doubt anyone can get alimony or anything being the marriage is so short, the longer it goes the more people are entitled to

Good to know, thank you.
On another note. Came to a mutual decision with the wife to part ways after our lease is up on the apartment. I made it known to her that I want a divorce as soon as money allows us to get going with the paperwork and other processes. She, however, for unknown reasons, wants to get the divorce around December. Now, our lease is up in March, and despite my best efforts, I can't figure out why the **** she'd want to wait to get the divorce.
We both agreed to sleep in separate bedrooms, and to not bring over anyone to the house intimately, etc. We're going to be like room mates, and I told her I wouldn't mess around with other women as long as we live together, out of respect to her. She concurred.
At first she seemed real emotional and upset, but I was able to calm her down and explained that I KNOW she's not happy with me, and she'll be better off when we are split up and it seems as though she's realizing for the first time that it's truth. We'll see how it goes. I'll play along and wait until December to get the official divorce, if it mean we can do it amicably. I don't really care. Going to pawn my wedding ring anyway.

charge her the remaining months of her immigration to stay "married" and then divorce after that and go get a 1 bedroom place or find a homie to kick it with till then so you can bone all the chickies you want and not have to worry about "respecting" her. Trust me babies lock you in ... for life

IMO I would work it out and try to live a happy life together. The first few years of Marriage are all about getting to know one another and its hard at times. But once you make it past those shitty years its all good. Bro I can be like everyone else and tell you to divorce because I disagree with it. All I can say is try to work on building love and a foundation based on something mutual.

I appreciate your encouragement to work everything out and be civil. However, something amazing has happened. As soon we agreed to get the divorce, we've not been arguing or showing resentment at all. It's seriously amazing. I think that in our hearts we both know there's a better match for each of us out there.
To be honest, I love going out and exploring new avenues in this life, and with her always by my side, a lot of that has taken a back-seat. Oh god, I need it. So does she, in her own way.
