I don't know how the political system works in UK but in the states-
The only way to get laws passed or not passed is through special Interest groups and high powered lobbyist. If you have the money you can have any law passed. You just have to buy a politician.
How do you think the DEA stays afloat with 8 billion dollars a year of funding.
They have the best lobbyist in the biz.
Scare tactics and propaganda is what sends these fvcking wackos into a panic and they donate there money to the campaign of that particular candidate. Who probably knows nothing of the laws in his own state like the tool waxmen that called the baseball congressional hearings. How can someone that doesn't know the legal drinking or smoking age in his state be elected.
