    some experts have actually said nicotine is more addictive! obviously doesnt have the same life wrecking ability

    13 and 15 bucs?! holy hell, i just quit...again...three weeks ago, hopefully for good this time, cigs are only 5 bucs a pack where i live

    No offense to any smokers as I understand it's a hard habit to kick, but how can you take your bbing lifestyle seriously while smoking, it has no positive effect what so ever, and I want to end my sets with muscle fatigue not end them cuz I can barely breath. I really hate seeing people smoking leaving or entering the gym.
