Did visa clear that up for you? what did you say, stolen or did you try to explain what happened... personally I would have claimed that my card was comprimised and someone else made the order, not me.... Im very curious because I do many online ordering...

I explained what happened because they sounded fairly confident that visa will get my money back. It could take a while though. I was gonna claim it was stolen but I had used it to make eftpos transactions since as it's a visa debit card. They also made me cancel my card and get a new one incase they took more money out.

Well glad to hear the bank is workin with you on it, sucks that you have to cancel your card and get a new one, but its worth it for 250 bucks!

A lot of cc companies will give you your money back while they figure out a final outcome. I found that out the hard way.
