some therapist recomend writting a detailed letter...saying every little thing you ever wanted to, taking days to finish and add to this letter, address it to the persons first name only dont add your return address than drop it in a mail box...

~ its a form of release with out upsetting anyone elses life. Knowing that you are ready and willing to make amends but not upsetting the other person...
