Deepest Apology to Staff and Members

I want to apologize to all the staff and community if I offended you or did anything to lose your respect. I have been here only a short time but I feel at home and love you guys. I went a little over board for a while on giving new members a hard time for the same "retarded questions" even after I wrote my post asking all new members to read...needles to say not an excuse, just made me mad. Not going to be posting as much, reading hanging out in the AR forum more and Q&A less for a while for laughs and good times.

Its been a really bad two weeks with surgery, gf breaking my heart, forearm tear and shoulder strain, insomnia/mania had not slept right in two weeks and it was all wrapped in a nice bow tie for me. Last night was my first night of real sleep. Basically like a midlife crisis at 29 if I'm entitled to that. Not sleeping will make anyone go crazy, then stack on the rest and you saw what happened.

Goals and new things to start:
Going to start Bikram Yoga, and start over and heal myself inside and out.
Cleanse for another 6 month before cycle.
Still going to be working out and around the injuries.
Get my circadian rhythm back so I can sleep without meds or GH.

I love it here and you guys are the greatest and thanks for everyones help when I needed it the most.

Haha...no worries, Dec is in a legue of his own. He turned really nice though, then made a great thread on exercises. Haven´t seen him in a while.
But really, if everybody is just all nice and friendly all the time, we have no drama. And we love drama. It´s why we watch news and pick up magazines.

Thanks bro for ringing true. I like helping I just need to back of on the repetitive questions thats why I wrote that huge thread that I though might get stuck but it never did. I messed myself up when I was a kid actually listening to someone giving me wrong advice and messed myself up for a long time. I would hate to see that happen again to someone or worse them put something together themselves thats even worse than what I was told to do. I feel for these people but after a while I want to blow my head off as well cause they dont read or listen but I dont want them to get hurt or messed up cause it can ruin you if your 19.
I just need to learn to keep my cool and take the load off my back and let the other people mods/vets/members share the load. I felt like it was on my shoulders for a while and I dont know why...but we all learn

Now I see what it takes to be like you guys, cool, calm and collected and not taking things so serious.
