It's weird when he trains he grows at a mad rate and eats properly etc. But then stops and goes on a bender lol. I haven't been to the gym in over 4 weeks and haven't seen any decrease in size or real strength either another 3 weeks and I'll be back into it again found a gym I am happy with thankfully. I honestly thought with the break I would be getting noticably smaller etc.

Well this season is officially a complete waste. They need to start to rotate out the dead wood and bring on new characters. For those of you who dont know how he does it, its simple. The guys is on sauce, his arms are full of synthol and his body is not that great anymore....he looked good the first season but now he looks sloppy and bloated, and his arms have no definition. One of my brothers friends use to be a massive sauce monkey and the guys routine almost every day was eat, workout for 2 hours, eat, eat,nap,eat, party, do it all over again the next day lol he was never massive but he was a big guy but now that hes not on sauce hes small! he shrunk down about 40lbs and doesnt look like that same person.

He is messed up looking. His face looks like a truck hit it. You see how skinny Mike got in Itally in just one month. He lost all his weight and had no stomache definition. Hes on roids or something but when he isnt on it, he loses muscle quick. Not good genetics, just using roids.
