Yeah iv heard coco butter works but in most cases your stuck with them. I was never a fat kid or anything but I realized the other day I have them. I'm usually around 13-14%bf but recently I cut and got to about 7% pretty fast then once the cut was finished rebounded back to 14% pretty quick. Guessing the rapid loss/increase of bf did it...

Completely forgot about Vitamin E , good point ... Also great for sun burn as it keeps your tan and stops your from peeling...

I agree. I was just showing Mrs.misery13 my new stretch marks and veins. I love my zebra stripes. I wish they would bleed when I worked out.

But to answer your question. Coco butter throughout the day and vita-e gel caps before bed. Tanning will hide them. Do not scratch them it will make them worse.

Everyone that says rubbing what ever type of oil on it it is just fooling themselves.....

absolutely NOTHING you can do, the skin is already stretched putting oil on it doesnt magically shrink your skin back down.

But it does help with the itching and helps the skin stretch naturally.

i was 20 when I got massive stretch marks everywhere as well. They can turn more white over time and be less noticeable. At least they aren't on places like my stomach, mostly ass, groin and front of thighs, which is usually covered.

There is no way to cure them, its to let him know they can be less noticeable over time and he isn't alone.

Ive tried it, It works with scars but not stretch marks.. plus you have to use it for months to really notice anything, and even then its not night and day
