Im trying to get the views up so that it gets indexed by youtube. I believe the transformation is very good and deserve to be seen and shared.

This was on the span of 4 years.

Please take some time to watch it, and possibly "like" it or comment it. it would help my friend have more visibility, he wants to go pro.

yea it was good, relay to him to NIX the blond super douch hairdo, it makes him look like an @ss clown, and draws all the focus from his obvious hard work.

Sorry Haz but I agree with Sexy on that hair. It's over the top too much and everyone will be seeing and focusing on it instead of his awesum work on his bod. Well except for me. He had my attention when those pants were low in front.

I agree it looks bad lol..... I was just saying that because of another thread where it was mentioned to look past someones looks to see their inner self and you might fall in love with that.

I farted all over it lol cuz looks are important imo.....

How tall is this guy? Im guessing around 5'6" - 5'9" That 20lbs diff from 160 to 180 looks massive so im guessing hes shorter like me.

he had a decent build @ 160 so Im guessing he's about 5'7ish. And yah, 180 he was already looking beefy. That narrow waist will help him in the future
