    San Diego Bound

    Heading to San Diego, La Jolla area, for the first time in a few weeks and was wondering if there are any spots that will be a good time. I know we are doing the gaslamp area and some Italian area but other than that I was looking to see if anyone had some great places to stop in.

    Just fun spots really. I'm sure there are tourist spots but I'd like to hit some good places that only the locals know about. Hidden gems I guess you could say. I'm 32 so I wouldn't mind grabbing a drink and meeting some attractive California girls!!

    Not really a hidden gem but Wavehouse is pretty cool. Wave machine if you want to give it a whirl and a bar and stuff, just right across the sidewalk from the beach in mission beach.

    I'm back in school now for a business degree so just bartending a couple days a week so I can concentrate on getting this done. After I graduate the plan is to get out that way and enjoy life. One of my best buds lives there now and that's why I'm making the visit.
