You'll look and feel like shit, big energy drops etc. You're going about it the wrong way and creating work for yourself

What's the big rush? eek it out, plenty of time. It's a marathon not a sprint.

and how would you know this? you seem young and impatient. why would anyone want to get fat as soon as possible and create health problems by bingeing on sugar?

up to you what way you do it mate, but you have it all wrong following that 'diet'.

well my opinion would be to eat clean, sugar is useful for energy to train and for recovery straight after, apart from that its poison and counter productive.

you'd be amazed at how much sugar screws up the body's processes. just spend some time researching it and see mate. food companies and advertising have us addicted to the crap, its in fvckin practically everything.....

if you want to bulk, add 100grms of fine cut oats to your protein shakes, you'll even get an extra 11grms protein from that. its a dodgy texture to knock back but you'll get used to it, i use oats almost exclusively for my bulking carb intake.

Mate, I've been lifting longer than you've been on this planet. All I can say is that being impatient is not the way to be in this lifestyle. You need to have the confidence in knowing that regardless of what happens week to week, and month to month, if you are doing the right things, each year you will get bigger. It is a cumulative effect. Say you only gain a solid 10lbs a year. In 5 years, when you are 26, that's an additional 50lbs of solid muscle. IN the long term, these gains will really add up!!

People only get into trouble when they can't wait, get impatient, and begin taking shortcuts they shouldn't be taking.

    Learn to lift correctly.
    Learn to eat correctly.
    Learn to be patient.

    You will get big.

    Good luck!

You don't want to pack on that fat. You'll be big and you'll hate it. How many calories are you taking in right now?

This is seriously the best advice ever on this topic. I am finally coming to this conclusion for myself.
