yeah, running a load of gear so recovery is much faster.
had trained for:
260
280
never attempt a 3rd in training
but will go:
255
275
300 (i hope )
i always peel of 5kgs of my 1st and 2nd's on the day, gives me a psychological edge without too big a jump up to the one i want.

fvckin awful last session this morning, worked up to 255kgs and although it went up ok, it felt like 1000kgs and my nose fvckin burst all over the place into the bargain.
ah well better to have a bad one now than on the day i suppose!

on a plus, i just managed to score some 400mg/ml e,c and p blend test. a ml per day it is!

If u still want more weight here is a nice recipe
Oreo and malt milkshake
Half a pack Oreo biscuits
1 pack matleaster
500ml ice cream
250ml whole milk or gold cap (just enough to make it a liquid and blend)
A shot of strong black coffee (make it up and get it cold in the fridge)
