The official 'I feel like a total fatass today' thread!
This thread is to vent and rant whenever we end up landing on those inconventient days where we end up having an unscheduled 'cheat day' or our diets get totally thrown off schedule, you know what I mean?
Yeah, today is one of those days for me. I wouldn't mind so much if I had planned for this day to be a cheat day, but YESTERDAY WAS ALREADY MY CHEAT DAY!! It just so happens that I had to go to a funeral today (yeah, 2nd one in 2 weeks), a good friend of the family died. Anyhow, First 2 meals today were perfectly clean as per usual. 2nd meal was at 11:00 and normally my 3rd is at 1:30. Well, funeral was at 1:00 and I didn't end up eating until 3:00!! By 2:00 I was hitting hypoglycemia like c r a z y (thank you GW-501516)!! I thought the minor hyo episdoes were moderately strong already (go see my GW log in the AAS Q&A forum) but this was BAD!
So, in the middle of the whole thing I had to run to my car and find something, ANYTHING with sugar in it. Sugar free gum all over my car didn't help, but I found some hershey's kisses in my glove box. That took care of it for a bit. Then, post-funeral at 3:00 it was all crap food... Pasta salads, bagels, tuna salad, egg salad, BARELY ANY PROTEIN!! God!
Then I had to go visit some relatives, of which I am still here, and 30 mins ago, what do they order for food? PIZZA! Pizza! The least I did was ask for toppings of ground beef, steak, and chicken. And you know how they always skimp on the amounts too. Anyways, ended up eating this at 7:30. I feel gross! Big gaps between meals, and whatever I did eat today was CRAP!
I can feel my blood pressure is even up from the frigging pizza and crap foods today. Not a good thing to mix with 800mg/week of tren . i don't even want to know what my BP reading is for today. It disgusts me that this is actually how most people eat on a daily basis... I can't take this lol.

This is an awesome thread. Love it.
And I know... My gf eats fast food every chance she gets so it kills me inside but I don't give in.. But the whole Eating like that everyday... Boggles my mind. And coming from a fatass that eats 100% good (except chocolate milk) that's my guilty pleasure. Ok maybe donuts too. And coffee crisp. Whatever.
I always eat well balanced protein rich diets but stay fat as hell and have people around me eating junk all day and skinny as a pin. Pisses me off. So some days it gets to me and pisses me off and I have one of these un-scheduled cheat days.
Needless to say, I feel like ass afterwards.

Right there with you on this one. Had pizza for lunch yesterday because the boss paid for it. Then the wife invited friends over last night and guess what was on the menu!! Well after 2 pizza meals yesterday I've had the constant urge to vomit all day.

Miserable day yesterday for me too.
Sonic burritos for breakfast, quick mart for lunch, pizza for supper. Yeah today has been fun

I freaking hate this. And you know what's retarded?
I likely intook far less calories than I require, despite most of my food today being crap / semi-crap food consumed in fairly large quantities. I just can't believe this is how most of the average person's diets are like.
I can REALLY feel my blood pressure is up from the high sodium and high simple carbs. Even started to get a light headache earlier.

When I started watching it and trying to be good, I realized what/how much shit the average person eats!! dont get me wrong I can pound some In & Out or a good pizza but not every damn day, its nasty!

Completely true, guys.
But hey I love my junk food! BUT it is every now and then! That's why I have a cheat day once every week, or once every two weeks. It just KILLS me when I end up having to 'cheat' on an unscheduled cheat day because some unforseen circumstance causes my diet to get all fumbled. LIKE TODAY!!!!

Well in spirit of this thread I JUST cheated willingly. My mother suggested I try this vernecceli stuff or whatever the hell it was called so I did. VERY clean carb source but.... It's still 1030 at night and I already hit my carb macros. But I don't care. I have found a new carb source to eat when not in a hurry. Oh god. I am happy. It's so good.

LOL cheat day carbs at 10:30 at night... man, even on my scheduled cheat days I still cut off all carbs past 6:30pm.

Cheat days in LA really suck. The restaurants really are terrible here unless I want to drive all the way to the bad parts of town.
One of my favourite places to cheat on my diet in Vegas was at Roberto's Taco Shop. JohnnyVegas knows what I'm talking about. Getting like 3 or 4 of those beef tacos with some Spanish rice and re-fried beans. I took it for granted.

I was sooo clean a week ago and lost 8 lbs in less than 2 weeks....then my brown suger and cinnamon pop tart addiction kicked in as soon as I started my seasonal 2nd job that makes me end up workin nearly 18 hours straight. I have gained back 2 lbs in a week of pop tart abuse!

Okay someone said junk food is nasty or you feel nasty after eating it.
Junk food like in n out or taco bell or local mexican food joint is bomb. So freaking good but yes I feel terrible after or the next day.
And how bad ppl eat my fiancee is always eating chips candy donuts pretzels (huge hm made flower ones) and I think how does she stay skinny (size 1-3) but I am eating perfect and still 11% bf can't break it. Dammit

I will have to post in here on Saturday night after I have a carb up/ cheat meal....
Last week I made an Oreo milkshake, think I may do the same this Saturday for pudding while watching a film....
500ml ice cream, 250ml milk, half a pack of Oreos.... That was last weeks... This week I'm going to add a bag of malteasers too...
Oreo malt milkshake... PUKKA!
