    won my class

    Won the class with a new Irish record 275kg pull, agonizingly close on 300kg, just couldn't lock back on it.

    Surprised I even pulled my opener of 255, have had 6hrs sleep in 2 days and gave myself a wracking sleeping tablet hangover. Pulled a 220 warm up and considered just going home it was that heavy LOL. Got a blast of adrenaline from somewhere!

    Thanks to Marcus for last minute AAS prep advice, expert advice as usual big lad :-)

    i reckon if i'd of been perfectly rested and proper nutrition in me this morning, i'd have been good for 320kg

    i also had immense PIP in quads and delts given the amounts i shot every day this week

    fvckin hell every time i look at the 300kg attempt i could fvckin cry!!

    on the lift i thought i was only up to my knees and a shooting pain went up my trap and into my neck so i thought fvck it and dropped it, if id have known i was so close i'd have fought it.

    dunno man, prob next year in that federation, might be a GPC event sooner. i only weighed in at 100.4 so if i got myself up to the 110 limit i think i could move with the best of them.
