yes i recall that. but as i suggested before perhaps he simply got caught up and was attempting to wiggle out of his original statement. i mean, clearly he has admitted which photos are really him and which are not. we now know this.

so, although it does appear as though he is attempting to mislead us on whether he saw the photos in question on his phone or not, it doesn't really matter now. thats my point. hope im explaining this properly

my opinion is that he still trying to lie by trying to explain his way out when there is very obvious flaws to his excuse, simply hold your hands up and in my book thats the end of it

Your client has been found, by his own admission, guilty, so unless you have some new evidence that will get you a new trial on appeal, I reckon it's time to head the office and open a bottle of Famous Grouse and drink a toast to the fighting of a lost cause.

As the board annointed defense council for MI let me say this. Many on here are understandably butt hurt because (to put it simply) they were close to MI. Freinds to a degree some may even say. This makes it especially hard when one feels betrayed. On the flip side of that coin doesn't that "freindship" also earn him a bit more of a pass then the average Joe. Nobody has said forget...simply forgive!

imho, i personally don't think it's necessary for him to make another statement to apologize for the first. he shared some intimate details and include a genuine heartfelt apology. sure, there is still an item or two to clear up but for the most part he did his best to provide some explanation as to why he posted photos of his colleague and not himself.

I hope this thread makes more people aware of the idea that anyone can be ANYONE hiding behind a handle. Be careful who you talk to. Four of my best friends are on this and I could vouch for them any day when it comes to pictures or lifting stats. (Dukk,Haz,Abbot,The Godfather). There are a few other people who I will probably end up meeting at some point or another in my lifetime (Gixx, GBrice, etc), but other than those 6 people I listed - I really can't say who is fake and who is not, so I always have my guard up.

I think the OP (I don't even remember who the hell it was after reading this whole thread) is being polite giving MI a chance to explain himself and also being extremely informative to other members while staying respectful.

with the exception of Jason and Nick, those ARE him. he has already admitted to this. that's my point. SO, if he would step up to the plate and clear up any confusion about the chronological order photos that he said he COULDN'T SEE from his iPHONE, (he clearly did see them..this is the part he STILL needs to address) that would put an end to this..imho.

i agree with you Lunk. but even though i appear to be his only friend in this thread, he still needs to address the "i didn't see the photos on my phone" comment. once he does that, i honestly feel there will be no other avenue for anyone to condemn him any longer. and he will return as an asset to this community that he once was.

if a need for such a statement is deemed necessary and a request is made then the court shall take it into consideration before its ruling is passed

Can i just ask what more can come of this? At this point what can happen? Those who forgive him do, and those who dont, dont. Lets face it, he was caught lying but he is still on trial after he made his statement. What can really happen to him? I understand the guys that are taking back because he posted pics during a contest. The bottom line is that he didnt use those pics to win this contest. Are you guys not required to post pics of yourselves when the contest ended? If he used a false photo then, that would be different. Im not saying that what he did was right but how many times a week do we catch guys lying about how many cycles they have done or how old they are. Do these guys go through this? No. I cant see him being banned from the board for this. Even if he was untrue and posted pics during a contest. Was it not just a contest that certain people organized themselves, hand picked their own judges, and made their own rules? Just dont let the guy ever join a contest again.
There isnt much more that can come out of this. Cant imagine what new members over the last few days thought of this place when this is the first post they read. You guys know as well as I that MI is not going to lose his sh:t and get himself banned. This thread is just going to go on for a year if it doesnt die now. Just my opinion guys.
