Hey everyone I'm having a little trouble navigating , I'm looking for the section that would tell me how to properly build some nice biceps and how to properly build muscle sorry for the noob question , and also what link do I click on to view all my threads to see if anyone replied I'm really confused lol thanks in advance !

First, I would start in the nutrition section. Because without food, nothing you can do will build muscle:

I think that has to do with your post count. You need like 25 before you can view it

Yup it's post count.
Those are great forum for what you are looking for.
The diet section can be a little overwhelming at first until you understand what they expect from you before asking for help. They really want you to do some self education so you will respect the help more because it's not easy and anywhere else you would pay a premium for it. Take your time to read the stickies at top and other peoples experience.
