    Buddy of mine went to AK moose hunting and took one out with his truck. He was in the hospital for 5 months. Your method is better. Congrats.

    I like buffalo but too lean. Would rather burger but i throw a bit of pork in or it will just burn.

    Thanks guys. Going back out in the morning to same place. There was another bull along tree line that a friend is going to take. 2 cows and calve as well but they are safe until Nov 01.
