Nice. Never eaten moose. Been up close to them in Algonquin Park (Ontario). They are huge.

Buddy of mine went to AK moose hunting and took one out with his truck. He was in the hospital for 5 months. Your method is better. Congrats.

Thanks guys. Going back out in the morning to same place. There was another bull along tree line that a friend is going to take. 2 cows and calve as well but they are safe until Nov 01.
