Sometimes my wife still manages to stun me

To set the scene first off my wife hates me training I eat heaps she hates all the "boring meals " I eat.

My usual breakfast is 4 egg whites 2 whole eggs scrambled with either 2 pieces multigrain toast or if I'm really motivated 150 gms of oats.

Now my lovely wife walks in tonight with the shopping and says I got you something. Now it's usually at this point I brave myself for some for of smart ass comment about my calorie intake blah blah blah.

Shock horror she pulls out a packet of smoked salmon and says to me this is good protien and fats to go with your breakfast in the morning. Well holy crap I think to myself looking carefully to make sure it's a. Not poisened b. Actually my wife and not some strange woman who is kind to me.

Gotta say sometimes she still amazes me

I'm just happy when the wife brings home a new jug of whey saying "I noticed it was low & picked you up another". I think she likes me being gone

Maybe your wife is actually being nice, maybe your going to have to pay? Make sure to follow-up with he results later in this thread

Why are we all pessimist here! His wife did something nice for him it can't be out of love or caring.
I agree with johnny praise he up a lot so she will keep doing it.
I praise my girl all the time on cooking. Its 90% good and when its not I still lie cause its better then me cooking

Or just communicate and say I want this..

Yeah I do praise her she is a good woman god knows she puts up with my shit all the time but it really did shock me that she did it. Our long running joke is that I'm going to buy her a junior master chef kit recipe book and all. Let's just say I didn't marry her for her cooking skills
