South NJ. In Jersey speak it would be the Exit 1 area. Escaped about 8 yrs ago and jumped the creek to the first state.

If you hang a David Hasslehoff poster on your headboard thats the only way I see it happening. His eyebrows are perfectly plucked and his beard a #3 on the sides maybe a #6 on the stache and goatee. The lower abdominal tat on a male also a giveaway.
