Some guys have super fast metabolism. They can eat like crap and not gain a single pound. And they are probably on Anabolics which help them maintain muscle mass.

Great overall physique, kinda the direction I am trying to go ( not that I will ever achieve that level though) before competing next year, however I could never take a guy serious who has spent that much time working on contorting his eyebrow in the mirror.

The Situation looks like a Holocaust survivor in person. I bounced in Seaside (where the Jersey Shore was filmed) for two summers. I've seen them all, and him and Ronnie look like normal people with clothes on. When they're on the beach, they look like normal sized guys with the GH belly. No one gives a fvck about Mike any more, he's always in the Freehold Mall randomly walking around, probably hoping someone will ask him for an autograph or something.

Definitely disagree with you here, although I don't want to turn this into an iPhone vs. XXXXX thread as it's a subject that's already been beaten to death. But crap? They work. They work very well. They're **********. They're what droid phones strive to be. I've dropped mine a ton of times, directly on asphalt, etc. and nothing more than a few chips around the edges. A friend dropped his brand new Samsung Galaxy the other day... screen completely cracked. It was supposed to 'blow the iPhone out of the water'. POS. I know it's 'cool' to take the stance of being 'against the establishment' (in this case, Apple) just like it was cool to be against Microsoft back in the day. Hey!!! I'm a L33t Linux HaxoR!!! So people who have that mentality (not saying that's you Hoggage) will hate on the iPhone with no substantial reasoning behind it. All too often, I hear people say "I hate EVERYTHING Apple". Ignorance. That. Is. All.

No doubt he looks MUCH better here. I still don't like the shape of his abs however. They're just not 'pretty' IMO. Sure he's fairly lean, and anybody lean who works out will show abs. His issue is purely genetic. Not a thing in the world he can do about it.

Meh, they don't really maintain... with the exception of the Situation. Ronnie isn't particularly lean. He's got a decent build but I've not seen him even close to 10%. 13% at best. He just looks ok at a higher BF because he's got some size. Pauly D is just a skinny guy, and Vinnie has no build at all.
