Just saying "Hi!"
Well, I am not a new member, but have been away from the forum for a few years because of work and children and so on. Now I have the time to come on board again and share my experiences with the newest members and get back in touch with some of the vets that I know are still around. Its good to be back.

OK then, hugevsilva it is!
At the time this picture was taken I was:
- Age 32
- Height 174cm ( 5'9")
- Weight 85Kg (186lbs)
- bf 7%
Right now:
- Age 36
- Height is same I guess
- Weight 90Kg (200lbs)
- bf 16%
Today I do not have the same time or resources to keep the shape I had a couple of years ago. I am working overseas with all the difficulties that implies, like no access to AAS, limited access to supplements and also difficulty to keep to a well balanced diet. So, all things considered, I concentrate in keeping a decent workout routine and trying to eat in a way that will allow me to keep my hard earned muscle and I don't focus so much on staying lean. Its easier to lose fat than to gain muscle so I will concentrate on losing fat when I feel I have proper conditions to do so.

I know what you mean. I stay at 7% because I know that going below that means loosing too much beef. I actually felt better at around 10%bf without to much muscle loss, but I wanted to see how far I could drop and decided to stop at 7% to avoid loosing too much volume.
