Blood results good :D

So this time around (4 years later) I decided to use gear right and do it smart. The second step (first was joining this very knowledgeable forum) of getting blood work done went great. I had to wait two weeks for my doctor to get back to me but I got a copy of the results and everything falls with in the normal range which is good. I discussed my results with my doctor she said everything looks good blah blah blah. The only thing that fell on the high side of the normal range was my sodium, but that is mostly due to my poor diet when it comes to salt :/ I know I need to get that in check but I love the stuff. I guess I am just excited to have be in great health and physically (nearly) ready to start a cycle.

Now I need to do more research, get my diet in check and reach 100 posts

lol. So far this forum has been great, thanks everyone for making it a great learning environment.

Note: I did get a chance to read the sticky on blood work.

Good deal. Now, get a copy of the BW and start a file at home. "Normal" is relative. Best bet would be to post it in the appropriate forum for review. There may be things we can suggest that will tweak it a bit in your favor. When it comes to salt, switch to Iodized Salt. Much better for you.

Thank you! I have a copy of the results, its weird it took so much work to get a copy. My doctor called and said my results were "good" and wouldn't go into detail so I had to go to the office and pickup a copy in person. Would you mind pointing me to the proper area to post results? My test was rather basic just testing the usual stuff (for now). Thank your the suggestion of switching to iodized salt.
