Usa today came out with an article saying Twinkies will survive hostess. Several companies are expected to "bid" for the equipment, recipe, and rights to the twinkie. Ding dongs and ho-hos are also up for bid. Although hostess will no longer be around, everyone will still get their fix

Theres an entire truckload up for bid on ebay on twinkies. 1100 boxes and bid was at $88,000 when I saw. The sucker who buys that is going to feel like such a tool when they sell the rights and recipe to some other company and start producing it for a dirt cheap price again.
